I didn't sign up via MoneyWeek.com

However, if you are a subscriber to MoneyWeek or on your free trial, and have not been prompted to create a password, then you will need your 'web ID' numbers.

What is a web ID and where can I find mine?

Your web ID is how we identify you here on the website as a current subscriber. Once you have your web ID numbers, please enter them in the form below. There are two places where you can find your web ID:

• On the outside of your magazine wrapper

Just above your name & address on your magazine polythene wrapper are two separate numbers, six to eight digits long (e.g. 12345678 87654321). These are your web ID numbers.

N.B. If one or other of your web ID numbers starts with zeros (e.g. like this: 1234567 000087654321), please omit the starting zeros and enter the numbers like this: 12345678 87654321.

• In your MoneyWeek email confirmation

If you supplied your email address when you signed up, you will have received two emails from us. The second email contains your web ID (please note: if you have just received this email today your online access will only be activated after midday tomorrow).

I still can't log in

If you can’t locate your web ID or are still having problems logging in, then please contact our customer services team, and they will be able to assist. Telephone: 0207 633 3780 (9.00am – 5.30pm, Mon-Fri.)

Please enter your web ID numbers in the form below:

(* Denotes required field)

IMPORTANT! When entering your web ID, please ensure that you enter the two separate numbers into the two separate boxes below.

You will only need to enter your web ID the first time you log in. To log in in future, just enter the email address and password that you choose now.

Please create a password now. Passwords should be at least 6 characters long including at least one number.

"Money Morning is fantastic... Your outlook and comments are far more interesting and relevant compared to the garbage spewed forth by talking heads on TV and what is found in the daily press."
