Kofax director earns over a million shares

William Comfort, a Non-Executive Director of Kofax, a provider of capture driven process automation solutions, has received over a million shares in the company in exchange for the redemption of his interest in Conversion Capital Master.

Comfort received a consideration of just over 1.1m shares, valued at 264.775p each and at a total of £2.9m.

He now holds 16.1m ordinary shares, equal to 18.13% of the issued shared capital.

Serco Group's Chief Executive, Christopher Hyman, has ditched £186,904-worth of shares in the outsourcing firm, selling just over half of those earned through a deferred bonus plan.

Hyman, who has been in the role since 2002, received 67,770 shares and sold 35,365 at 528.50p a pop.

In a similar sale, Andrew Jenner, Serco's Finance Director since for the past decade, sold 20,618 of the 39,511 shares he received, earning £108,966 after offloading them at the same price as Hyman.
