Rolls-Royce has won a $350m order from Turkish Airlines (THY) for Trent engines to power five Airbus A330 aircraft.
The deal, which includes long-term TotalCare service support, will see aircraft deliveries begin in 2010. It follows July's $470m contract for engines to power seven THY A330s.
"We are delighted that Turkish Airlines has again chosen Rolls-Royce technology to power additional A330 aircraft," said Nick Devall, Rolls-Royce executive vice president - customer business.
The latest THY order covers three A330 passenger aircraft and two A330 freighter planes.
