2010 off to bad start for JP Morgan Indian IT

JP Morgan Indian Investment Trust saw its net asset value per share in the final three months of 2009 rise to 402.1p from 380.7p at the end of September and 295.8p at the end of 2008.
The first two months of the year have seen a reversal in fortunes in the Indian stock market, however, with the result that the net asset value per share, as at 8 February, had fallen back to 382.5p.
Total assets at the end of 2009 stood at £462.3m, but had fallen to £447.6m by 8 February.
