    Interesting although you forgot to mention Glencore and Ocado.

    I think that IPO's are in danger of becoming a bit of a joke where no-one who has half a brain would touch them with there eyes let alone there money.

    Must admit thats its been great fun reading the accusation and counter accusations from each side. Beats reading about euro for awhile anyway.

    If a unlisted PLC (with no near term plans to list) makes a share issue to the public (for the first time), is that an IPO?
