Your web ID numbers

N.B.  This applies to subscribers who have never yet logged in to the website, and now want to do so.

Your "web ID" is the way we can identify you, here on the website, as a current subscriber.

If you don't know your web ID, here's how to get it:

1.  Print magazine subscribers

OPTION 1:  Look at the polythene wrapper in which your MoneyWeek magazine is delivered.  Just above your name & address are two separate 6 or 7 digit numbers - see example below. This is your web ID.

Important: Please ensure that you enter the two separate numbers into the two separate boxes on the Login form

OPTION 2: If you don't have a magazine polythene wrapper to hand, then please contact our Customer Services department, and they will give you your web ID numbers.

Then enter your web ID numbers on the Login form

2.  Online-only subscribers.  If you haven't received an email from us with your web ID, then please contact our Customer Services department, and they will give you your web ID numbers.
