888 announces new gaming integration platform
Online gaming company 888 Holdings has teamed up with gaming software company Gaming Technology Solutions to modify its gaming platform to make it easier to launch new games.
Gaming Technology Solution (GTS) and 888 have collaborated on a new multi-national gaming integration standard that will allow local developers to devise games to be incorporated into 888’s product offering.
888 said the new application programming interface (API) makes the integration almost a “turnkey activity”.

888 and GTS will launch own label games and third party games using the newly created API during the second quarter of 2008.
“We believe that with GTS we have created the most comprehensive and integrated API in the online gaming industry enabling us to be the first to offer new and exciting games to our fast growing community of players across the globe.,” said Gigi Levy, chief executive officer of 888.
