Minerva said it has not received any proposal from Limitless, which said earlier that it was considering its options in respect to Minerva.
"The board of Minerva confirms that it has received no proposal from Limitless and therefore has nothing to respond to," said Minerva.

Limitless said earlier that it is in very preliminary stages of considering its option but added that no decisions had been made.
"There has been no formal approach to Minerva's board and there can be no certainty that any offer will be forthcoming nor as to the terms on which any offer might be made," it said.
