Wednesday tips round-up: AG Barr, Ferrexpo, Luminar
Moves to combat obesity may hit demand for its sugary drinks, such as Orangina, but AG Barr does make healthier mineral water drinks too. Buy, says the Independent.
On around 13 times 2008 earnings, falling to just eight times for 2009, Ferrexpo is among the cheaper iron ore producers around. Providing the company keeps costs under control, the Telegraph believes the shares offer decent value. Buy. The Independent agrees and also says buy.
Luminar's share price has slumped to 297p from a high of 813p last May. The likelihood of further bad news from the consumer sector will continue to impact the stock - which offers a 6pc yield - in the short term so investors should bide their time. There is value in Luminar but it's no time to put on your dancing shoes just yet, according to the Telegraph.

Southampton Leisure Holdings claims to have "one of the strongest squads in the Championship," despite currently languishing in 21st place. Undoubtedly, the club is not one of the strongest investment opportunities. Sell, says the Independent.
