Former Dixons boss lifts stake in Volvere
Directors at Volvere, a company whose subsidiaries provide testing and security services, spent a combined total of more than £0.5m on shares in the firm today.
Chairman Lord Kalms, the former Dixons boss and Conservative Party treasurer, bought 140,000 shares for 125p each, or a total of £175,000.
CEO Jonathan Lander bought 150,000 shares for a total of £187,500, chief operating officer and chief financial officer Nick Lander took 75,000 shares for £93,750 and David Buchler took 10,000 shares for £12,500. They also paid 125p a share.
Lord Kalms now has 400,000 shares in the company, amounting to a 7% holding. Jonathan Lander has 378,750 shares, Nick Lander 120,000 shares and Buchler 48,985 shares.
