Robert Wiseman finance director sells shares
William Keane, finance director of the Scottish dairy company Robert Wiseman, sold over £80,000 worth of shares in the company today.
Following the sale, which saw Keane offload 16,248 shares for 497p each, he now owns 21,350 shares, or 0.03% of the company.
Robert Wiseman reported last month that it has enjoyed a "satisfactory" Christmas and was confident of meeting full year forecasts following "in line" sales volume and turnover for the 10 months to January 26.
However, it warned that, although it managed to increase costs last autumn, inflationary pressures had not been overcome, meaning that more price rises may be necessary.
