Pressure Technologies bosses cut stakes

Bosses at Pressure Technologies, which produces oil and gas storage cylinders, have sold a combined total of £1.05m in shares of the AIM-listed company.

Chief executive John Hayward sold 100,000 shares at 199p each, taking his total holding to 1,000,040 shares or 8.82% of the company.

Director Philip Redfern sold 125,000 shares, reducing his stake to 745,000 shares, or 6.57%, while John Brown, Philip Catton and Alan Harding sold 100,000 shares each. They also received 199p a share.

Pressure Technologies' shares surged on 30 January after it posted a 68% rise in full year profits.

"Significant progress was made in the UK gas trailer refurbishment market and we plan to develop this sector further during 2008," it said.
