Tom Bulford

Tom Bulford worked as a fund manager in the City and in Hong Kong for over twenty years, and was a director with Schroder Investment Management International.  Responsible for £2 billion of foreign clients' money, Tom also launched what became Argentina's largest mutual fund. 

Now working from his home in Oxfordshire, Tom Bulford writes the Red Hot Penny Shares newsletter, with the aim of helping private investors make money in the small cap market.
