Cris Sholto Heaton

Cris graduated from Durham University in 2000 with a degree in mathematics. He then moved to Toronto for a year, where his novel English accent won him a job selling Brazilian music for Canada’s largest record store, Sam the Record Man. On his return to Britain, he worked in the world of pensions consultancy with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Lane Clark & Peacock, before taking a postgraduate course in journalism at the London College of Printing. Since then, he has written for several financial and business publications, including Shares, Platts and Petroleum Economist.
