Biography
A leading investment expert with 29 years’ experience of the financial markets, David Stevenson is the driving force behind The Fleet Street Letter.
Having started a career in the City with Morgan Grenfell Investment Management, David joined Oppenheimer in 1983, starting as a UK fund manager before working for Hill Samuel, Cigna and IAI International and BNP Securities.
After a brief period running his own business, David then returned to the financial world in 2007 as investment writer for the Motley Fool and David joined MoneyWeek in May 2008 as Associate Editor.
Deeply sceptical of ‘meddling’ central banks, and a fierce critic of any government intervention, David’s shrewd stock-picking brain and on-the-money big-picture analysis will help you protect and grow your wealth whatever happens.
